Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please review our booking policy below. 1. Booking Requirements * All appointments must be booked in advance. * A valid payment method or deposit may be required to secure your booking. 2. Cancellation Policy **24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. **Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a **partial refund of 50%** of the service fee (or forfeiture of deposit, if applicable). **No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in **no refund** and may affect future bookings. 3. Rescheduling Policy * Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. * If you need to reschedule within 24 hours due to an emergency (e.g., illness, accident, or other unforeseen circumstances), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule. 4. Refunds * Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval. * Deposits may be credited toward a future booking if rescheduled within policy terms.
