All of our creations are made-to-order. This means they are created just for you after you make your purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or color preferences.
Refund Policy
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted

Your package is lost in transit and tracking confirms non-delivery
If your situation meets the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include:

A clear photo of the issue (for damaged or defective products)

Return Policy
Because our products are fulfilled through Printful and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless explicitly requested and approved by our team.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, the production process begins and cancellations are not possible.
